- Digging into the Audit History tables to identify user actions for inquiries (useful for HR-related issues and state auditors inquiries)
- Parsing eSchoolPLUS error logs to troubleshoot patterns
- Encapsulate recurring maintenance tasks within stored procedures, and reviewing those results in an integrations competency center ( Attend the Deep Dive Session)
